Body after baby week 2

Tuesday- 4.5 mile walk
Wednesday- yoga and 1ish mile walk downtown
Friday- 2ish mile walk at Woodard Bay

And thats it! It got hot over the weekend and I got lazy. Still hot, still lazy. More soon. Too hot.
